A: The requirements for this role include effectively supporting and handling branch audits by internal, external, concurrent, statutory, and RBI auditors; being responsible for implementing processes and policies as per guidelines and audit rating of the branch; ensuring comprehensive compliance with all internal, regulatory, and statutory requirements; attending to any audit findings and resolving them immediately; ensuring DCFC checklist is thoroughly checked and signed off on a daily basis, and personally implementing and conducting self-audits in the branch.

A: The job description for this position involves handling customers’ inquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank’s delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
