Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Senior Business Execution Consultant

  • Participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components and identify opportunities for smaller scale, lower-risk projects such as initiation planning, executing, controlling, and closing within change management
  • Process mapping, process implementation, documentation, and quality review for end-to-end process
  • Experience in problem analysis and reporting, solution implementation, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to represent and hold conversations, drive outcomes with senior stakeholders, and navigate through large organizations
  • Required to work individually or as part of a team on data science operations projects and work closely with business partners across the organization.
  • Planning and execution of the programs from scratch and publishing success using reporting and analytics
  • Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate to support process implementation for its intended audience.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards; analyze key risk parameters to help understand changes in business performance
  • Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts, sponsors, stakeholders, project roles, direct managers, program leads, project individuals, risk managers, business partners, and outside vendors

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

  • Bachelor or Masters’s degree preferred
  • Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
  • Experience with Industry-standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks(e.g., Agile, SDLC or MDLC), and processes
  • Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate to support process implementation for its intended audience.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards; analyze key risk parameters to help understand changes in business performance
  • Identify opportunities and deliver process improvements, standardization, rationalization, and automation.
  • Planning and execution of the programs from scratch and publishing success using reporting and analytics. Working knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau, and BI tools are required
  • Process mapping, process implementation, documentation, and quality review for end-to-end process
  • Partner with managers to convey their concerns to teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision as well as process orientation and enforcement
  • Candidates must be willing to work in shifts to overlap with US stakeholders
