Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of staffing, application of technology, session design process, and creative elements to ensure wave space sessions meet customer expectations (clients, account teams, and other internal EY teams)
• Ensure consistent wave space design experience using approved methodologies and best practices
• Act as the main facilitator for EY wavespace experiences, supporting better conversations between clients and EY account teams, global experts, and other experienced participants
• Lead workshops with clients to understand needs, articulate vision, and support design strategies and experiences that meet their vision and needs
• Identify client blind spots to expose broader opportunity areas for innovation

Q: What experience is needed?

A: You need to have experience that spans UX, business, operations, web engineering, and design. Experience with organizing and facilitating workshops with C–level audiences and with consulting, CX Practice, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience is an added advantage.

Q: What are the Education Qualifications Needed to apply?

A: You must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with more than 8 years of relevant working experience.
