A: The job is for a Business Analyst for the TRON team, which partners with the Amazon Robotics team to remotely handle exceptions in the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers in North America.

Q: What are the requirements for this role?

A: The requirements for this role include 3-5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role, exposure to data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, etc., being deadline-driven, being a team player with strong customer focus, outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues, and experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.

Q: What are the duties and responsibilities of this role?

A: The duties and responsibilities of this role include ensuring that system support is available to the user community at agreed SLAs and KPIs, linking with 2nd and 3rd level of support whenever required, following up and looping back with the internal customer, ensuring that the system implemented meets business requirements and that users are trained and use the system correctly, delivering support in a proactive and efficient manner, working as part of the Regional Support Team and interacting closely with the Regional Project Manager and other Business Analysts, and collaborating with trading, execution, and finance operations to identify, develop, and implement best practices and business processes in order to drive business transformation.
