Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Territory Sales Manager

  • Categorization of retailers to ensure that the right customers are acquired through the right categories of outlets. Proper execution and implementation of new and existing products
  • To ensure proper productivity of FOS through proper training and motivation
  • Execution of transparent process which helps in motivating the channel partners and trade.
  • Retailers servicing the markets should be as per the SPS/CSS which is based on the covered population of a particular town/geography.
  • To ensure proper distribution width and depth in and better trade relationship for larger revenue and customer market share
  • Infrastructure maintenance at distributor point and regular feedback for any non-compliance by channel to ASM.
