As a Technical Facility Executive at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the property and ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager to prioritize the facilities’ needs and strive for continuous improvement in the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize the facilities’ needs
  • Oversee the property’s day-to-day operations
  • Ensure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered
  • Manage supply and service contracts
  • Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
  • Review maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer recommendations
  • Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M & E installations
  • Daily walk around of the facility
  • Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts
  • Establish and adhere to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager
  • Manage downtime/breakdowns
  • Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set-ups as per client requirement from time to time
  • Ensure contractors follow house rules at all times and handle projects with minimum inconvenience to the Client
  • Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises
  • Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or hotel and building management
  • At least three to five years experience in facilities management
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety
  • Aptitude in client-centric operations
  • Solid background in team management
  • Superior communications and reporting skills
