Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for whole Weld Shop Fixtures & Hemming Die Maintenance,
• Tools, Jigs designing – Fixture & Hemming Die Preventive Maintenance,
• Achieve Body Shell Dimension Integrity through analysis of CMM/PIST & CF Report, Inhouse Fixture correction, and in coordination with SQ, VQ & Planning Team
• Table Top Hemming Die Maintenance.    # Next Customer Issue resolution,
• Implementation of Poka-Yoke on the line side.
• Support all lines & new projects launch for faster FSO delivery.
• Knowledge of developing & implementing P0, PP & SOPs Quality Standards for New Projects.
