Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- 2 to 3 years of Experience
- Diploma / BCA/ BSC/ MSC – No academic gaps with 60%
- MCSA / RHL certification
- Windows administrator, if a person has Linux & networking skills added advantage
- Monitoring of server & critical systems, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, etc.
- Excellent communications skills
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP servers.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Desktops, Laptops & Workstations.
- Having the expertise to install, and configure IT & Engineering Applications
- Involving and managing customer calls with respect to IT Infra.
- Windows and anti-virus patch management in a periodic manner
- Perform Periodic Vulnerability assessments as per the timelines.
