A: The job is providing leadership in IT infrastructure Capacity Management to meet the regional business requirements of the Customer.

Q: What are the responsibilities of the job?

A: The responsibilities of the job include ensuring that IT infrastructure capacity is optimized and matched to the evolving agreed needs of the business, being responsible for the Capacity Review and Reporting, and providing advice and guidance to all other areas of the business and IT on capacity and performance related issues.

Q: What are the requirements for the job?

A: The requirements for the job include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity/performance management role, preferably in a financial institution, and experience with BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization. Good understanding or experience in supporting multiple platforms, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment are also required.
