As a Sr. Manager, you will lead a team through expertise in most or all areas within Platform Planning and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge and working experience on the SDH/ SONET, DWDM, MICROWAVE, PSTN, and DSL deliveries.
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and to pressing deadlines/SLAs.
• Project management skills in handling multiple projects.
• Experience in handling critical Planned Events & Migrations.
• Good knowledge and experience in coordination with third-party suppliers like Openreach, Virgin Media
• Exposure to ECI, Marconi, Ciena, and Nortel Transmission Equipment
• Effectively applies telecom methodology and enforces performance standards
• Monitor the project to meet the committed timelines from the client
• Conduct a kick-off/Handover meeting with the design & all relevant stakeholder teams
• Exposure to International client-facing functions
• Knowledge of inventory tools like Cramer, MORI, COPS, COMS, Clarify, Remedy, CPS, TC10 & OMARS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques

Requirements:

• Engineer/ME/MTech degree
• A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in network engineering require.
