- 6-12 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the pre-sales effort with solution specialization
- Responsible for automation/simplification of process/policies
- Responsible for performance analytics and dashboard automations
- Recommend feature enhancements and NPI based on market inputs
- Create technology-based articles/whitepapers for the benefit of internal organization and customers
- Identify potential solutions at high level with pros and cons
- Participate in bid proposal response (large and strategic deals)
- Conduct trainings and capability presentations
- Understand client requirements and translate client business requirements into specific deliverables
- Define scope and design criteria and develop BOM (large and strategic deals)
- Work across cross functional teams and external vendors and OEMs
- Develop best practices and consultative selling approach
