A: The job is a Security Analyst position in the Cybersecurity Defence Team at Siemens in Mexico.

Q: What are the requirements for this role?
A: The requirements for this role are proficiency in software development, ideally Python and Django; ideally experience in User Interface Design; experience in the IT-Security area, ideally in a PSIRT; distinct knowledge of information technologies and operating systems; demonstrated ability in hacker techniques, penetration testing, and security tools; and excellent command of English and ideally of German.

Q: What are the duties and responsibilities of this job?
A: Duties and responsibilities for this job include supporting and maintaining all security tools, keeping up to date on the latest vulnerabilities and fixes, assisting in the security awareness and culture within M&C Saatchi Group, assisting in the coordination and completion of information security documentation and reporting, working with the information security leadership to develop strategies and plans to reduce risks and meet organisational requirements, assisting with risk assessments and Business Impact assessments, collaborating on critical IT projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle, working with the IT and IS teams to identify, select and implement technical controls, developing security processes and procedures supporting SLA’s to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained, researching, evaluating and recommending information security related changes, including developing business cases for security investments, supporting the relationship with third party security vendors, and supporting maintenance, development and training of the ISMS in line with ISO27001, NIST 800-171 and applicable legislation such as the data protection act and the computer misuse act.
