We are hiring a Shift in charge for our Pellet Plant III project in Vijaynagar, Vidyanagar, Karnataka, India. This is a managerial position and requires 0 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the production team to ensure that production targets are met
Plan and schedule production activities to optimize plant efficiency and minimize downtime
Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to by the production team
Troubleshoot any production-related issues and take appropriate corrective action
Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced
Maintain accurate production records and reports for review by the Plant Manager
Train new production team members and provide ongoing training and development for existing team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of pellet plant processes and procedures is preferred
Must be willing to work in shifts
