Are you interested in being a part of our company’s Serviceability Transformation? We are looking for a Serviceability Architect to join our team and create the Serviceability roadmap within the Secure Power Division. As a member of the Serviceability Excellence Chapter, you will be responsible for delivering specific roadmaps with a focus on Services Business Growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the innovation stack on services for the product division roadmap
- Influence the Product Innovation Strategy
- Participate in the innovative stage of product offer development
- Translate Services Goals into Product Requirements
- Lead the deployment of the Serviceability Guidelines at the Division level for Electrical / Mechanical, Digital, and Circular Services
- Drive the technical and business enablement of the Services Roadmap through Product development
- Facilitate collaboration between Services and Product Leagues
- Participate in the incubation and exploration phase of the Offer Creation projects prescribing features and specifications that will enable future services
- Drive the engagement of Services within the Product LoB Leagues with a growth mindset
- Reveal the customers’ needs related to the offer serviceability and ensure the integration of these needs in the offer roadmap
