Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
- Analyzing and defining project scope and objectives
- Conducting gap analysis and identifying feasible solutions
- Creating detailed project artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows
- Facilitating UAT and providing support during the implementation
Requirements:
- Mandatory Certification: IIBA – Certified Business Analysis Professional
- Product/Domain Knowledge is required in Wealth Management or Investment Management area (Cap Mkts, Client Onboarding, Transaction reporting, etc.)
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Frameworks and Documentation
- SDLC Knowledge: Agile Scrum and Waterfall
- Tools Knowledge: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for large-scale IT Projects
- Educational Background: BE/BTech. or MBA
