AppVault is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for developing great software to join our growing team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will not only be a first-class software engineer but also perform code and documentation reviews while mentoring other developers. You’ll need to have familiarity with public cloud technologies, specifically on the Azure platform, and be able to convey technical information to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
- Identify production and non-production application issues
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of . NET-developed projects
- Provide technical support and consultation for .NET application and infrastructure questions
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced developers
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
- 5+ years of experience with the .Net development stack, including C#, Asp.Net, .Net MVC, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2008 R2-2016
- JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Html5, and responsive front-end development
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects
- Strong analytical, project planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, or engineering
- Node.js
- React
- Application hosting on the Azure platform
