As a Senior Manager of Projects at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors. Your primary objective will be to deliver all projects on-time, within budget, and scope, while also managing the relationship with clients and other stakeholders effectively. Here are some of the responsibilities that you will have:

- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor progress and track cost.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as required.
- Manage client relationships and communicate project status regularly.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Certification: CSM/PMP/Prince 2
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Manager in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Experience in managing software development projects is desirable.
