Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor & improve supplier parts PPM /Vendor Parts Quality.
  • Conduct regular process & Product audits at suppliers.
  • Conduct Manufacturing Site assessments and training of suppliers.
  • Work on Direct on Line Certification of Suppliers.
  • Attending & Resolution of in-house line-complaints Primary/line/DRL/DRR/CPA issues for bought-out parts.
  • Attending and Resolution of external customer issues like Tata-PDI / Warranty related to suppliers parts.
  • Development of components as per PRO-X process for ECN.
