Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Senior manager
- Responsible for delivery of product sales and loan volumes and various mobile app metrics such as installs, DAU, and MAU.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive traffic to the mobile app and increase the top of the funnel
- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams such as IT, Legal, and Risk for timely delivery of new app enhancements and projects
- Analyze data and optimize the user funnel to deliver higher conversions
- Drive user engagement and transactions on the mobile app in collaboration with the partner
- Design and Deliver marketing promotions and campaigns for higher sales volumes
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- Graduate / PG with good exposure to digital lending, data analytics, customer interface, and product development.
- 5-8 Years of Experience
- Problem-solving attitude, customer-centric thinking, cross-functional communication skills, project management experience
