Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Sales Officer
- Enroll customers for products and services on our business platform within the assigned territory
- Validate the database of retailers based on market visits within the territory
- Profile of every retailer within the database, ascertain and generate interest, and enroll prospects
- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of interested retailers and wholesalers, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with them
- Drive the usage and adoption of products and services on the platform
- Responsible for demonstration and handholding of each customer in the initial stages of platform adoption and ensuring the discovery and ordering processes are in place.
