Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Sales Officer-Gold Loan

Ensuring Monthly Sales targets are met with the acquisition of NTB and ETB customers.
Existing liability customers are pitched for gold loans.
Ensuring healthy collections with Nil FEMI/FPD and minimizing fresh flow in Bucket X.
PSL Tagging and should be aware of PSL norms
Helping branch liability team in Audits and ensuring proper communications to customers before any packet Opening
Ensure month-on-month growth in EOP Assets for Gold loan business/per branch
Fee Income should be a minimum of 1% of total disbursals
Customer Follow-ups are to be done at regular intervals for the timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal of pending cases.
Co-ordination with valuers to be done on time to time basis
Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms
Conduct Marketing activities in the local market for generating NTB gold loan customers.
