Responsibilities:
- Supports implementation of sales strategies to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and business growth
- Administers tactical programs of the assigned product line(s) and assists in the development of overall sales plans and programs.
- Tracks and analyzes sales performance and trends in terms of volume and share
- Contributes to sales and marketing plan development and modification
- Works with ISG China & Tactical to develop annual marketing plans for ISG products and technology, and to deploy them in sales divisions
- Conducts studies to track and analyze opportunities for sales growth in targeted markets or segments
- Implements tools, systems, or digital platforms in sales
- Organizes sales events specific to the assigned target
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing in the agricultural industry
- Knowledge of Enterprise Customer Acquisitions Process (ECAP)
- Understanding of market segmentation and retail distribution systems
- Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors
- Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style
