Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Advisor Voice
- Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
- Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
- Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement
- Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language
- Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions
- Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure updating of the product, system, process, and policy knowledge
- Adhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts, and activities
- Increase, develop and retain customer base through relationship
building and service
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline
- 6 months – 2 years (Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory)
- Speak local language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Technical orientation
