A: The key responsibilities of this job are acquiring and on-boarding new affluent customers to the bank, tapping all customer acquisition opportunities of the branch through different channels like referrals, data campaigns, and cross-sell, handling customer queries while on-boarding, exploring and fulfilling the 360-degree banking needs, regularly engaging with newly acquired customers to service their banking needs during their different life stages, building long-term customer relationships by offering a complete bouquet of products on customer 360 opportunities and making ICICI their preferred bank, ensuring customers’ 360 banking needs for the full range of ICICI bank products are fulfilled through specific product sales teams wherever present, being well equipped with banking processes and compliance parameters to deliver superior customer experiences in each interaction and avoid any reputation risk, and ensuring customers are acquired in line with the KYC and other guidelines of the bank.
