Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Project Manager

• Drive successful product approval by developing a product development strategy and a detailed work plan to ensure successful project delivery within the laid down parameters of time and cost
• Drive effective project communication to ensure sound decisions by doing cross-functional project team meetings and sharing consistent information across stakeholders
• Build relationships with the Business team, portfolio, and external customers by sharing project progress, and doing project review meetings for achieving targeted deliverables
• Mitigate risks proactively by monitoring project progress against identified risks, tracking deliverables, reviewing milestones, and providing feedback and information to the Project Team to ensure timely execution
• Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes and project execution by monitoring progress for smooth functioning of the projects

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

• B. Pharm/M. Pharm/ MSc preferably PMP certified
• 7-8 years in the field of product development and/ or project management in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Communication Skills (clarity of thought, comprehension)
• Likely potential for growth
• Presentation & Interpersonal skills (If applicable)
• Relevance of Previous Experience
• Comprehension, Analytical & Problem-solving abilities
• Productivity & Result Orientation (If applicable)
