Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Program Manager – Strategy

Activate clear responsibilities and program milestones for various teams involved
Identify and evaluate new business/optimization opportunities, prepare business cases, and present and align the opportunity with various stakeholders, BU Heads and CXOs
Actively take up transformational projects for the firm in coordination with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Chart out detailed launch plans and track progress till they reach a BAU state
Ability to independently handle projects with minimum oversight and guidance

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

Strong problem solving, program management, and presentation skills
Tier -1 undergraduate college
Data orientation
MBA preferred but not mandatory
Ability to put forth your point in front of different stakeholders (including C-Suite stakeholders)
