Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Program Manager – Process Excellence

To Measure, analyze, and evaluate existing processes, collect data to identify root causes, perform a cost-benefit analysis, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Prioritize and influence projects in a fast-paced environment through superior quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Ecom’s operations.
To manage the overall program and make iterative changes as appropriate to keep the program evolving against strategic drivers and future needs.
Develop and implement a “best-in-class” continuous improvement strategy to enhance the Process Excellence function by defining standards and governance, tools, and methodology.
Work within the time constraints to meet critical business needs, while monitoring activities in the pipeline and ensuring service requirements are met.
Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Good communication, both verbal and written to share updates on issues, operational status, and business drivers with internal and external stakeholders
Design enterprise-wide process improvement programs to train and embed a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

Excellent program management skills for leading multiple cross-functional projects across the organization.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify and use data to suggest process improvements, standardize the processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems.
Strong ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Think strategically, proactively understand customer needs, and suggest strategies for future operations/processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
Excellent data analysis skills using Microsoft excel.
Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to apply project/program management skills to build relationships with product, technical, and business/operations stakeholders.

Provide feedback on process improvement procedures and support in the transformation efforts.
