Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Program Associate

Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs
Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation
Make recommendations to optimize programs accordingly while identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, and program participants
Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Determine requirements for each activity
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

Work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
