Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Program Associate

• Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs
• Determine requirements for each activity
• Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, and program participants
  Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment
• Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation
• Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

• Work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
