A: The responsibilities of this job include excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail, work experience on ticketing tools such as Service Now, Remedy, or Jira, experience resolving queries using voice skills on VPN, drivers, O365, driver installations, or Active Directory, experience with operating systems and basic concepts of networking and cloud computing, experience with productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools, willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and work from an office environment, analytical problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues, problem-solving skills, and quick thinking to independently, thoroughly, and efficiently resolve customers’ issues, proactivity and respect for customers’ time, and good time management skills to ensure all customer interactions add value.
