Responsibilities:
- Own Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Operational workforce production management (WIM) benefit realization and strategic OpEx programs from deployment to post-implementation evaluation.
- Train other Trainers to train, coach Coaches to coach and deliver coaching.
- Deliver training programs to internal audiences and support the delivery of a range of learning solutions.
- Package and showcase capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity.

Requirements:
- Subject matter expertise of Lean tools with experience in coaching and mentoring Ops leads and Senior leaders.
- Master Black Belt / Black Belt (Desired).

- Evidence of problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity.
