If so, IQVIA is currently seeking a Nurse Program Coordinator to provide administration and coordination support for multiple patient support and education programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and coordination support for multiple patient support and education programs
  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of programs across the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff
  • Ongoing liaison with line managers and team members
  • Written communication and regular follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Adverse event reporting management
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • High-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations with a strong customer service focus
  • Keenness to learn and ability to take on new tasks and update training regularly within required timeframes
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team setting
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
