Responsibilities:

Provide administration and coordination support for multiple patient support and education programs
Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of programs across the business
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff
Ongoing liaison with line managers and team members
Written communication and regular follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals
Adverse event reporting management
Provide excellent customer service
High-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration duties

Requirements:

Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
Commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations with a strong customer service focus
Keenness to learn and ability to take on new tasks and update training regularly within required timeframes
Ability to work and contribute in a team setting
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrate a “can do,” flexible, caring approach, and positive attitude towards work
