Responsibilities:
- Manage overall network security infrastructure operations
- Provide technical support (L2 / L3) for cyber-managed infrastructure & products, including firewalls, proxies, and remote access gateways
- Deploy, maintain & manage network security infrastructures
- Participate in security projects, customer engagements or business processes
- Work on management and incident management issues
Requirements: Essential Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical support (L2/L3) role for cyber-managed infrastructure & products (firewalls, proxies and remote access gateways), preferably for a large enterprise organization
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL and firewalls e.g. Palo Alto, SonicWall
- Knowledge of proxy technologies e.g. McAfee Skyhigh, Web Gateway and/or PAC with experience writing scripts to modify proxy settings
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ACE, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP etc.
