Requirements: Essential Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a technical support (L2/L3) role for cyber-managed infrastructure & products (firewalls, proxies and remote access gateways), preferably for a large enterprise organization
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL and firewalls e.g. Palo Alto, SonicWall
• Knowledge of proxy technologies e.g. McAfee Skyhigh, Web Gateway and/or PAC with experience writing scripts to modify proxy settings
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ACE, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP etc.
