Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting up a CMDB process comprising analysis, plan, design, and implementation phase.
- Manage all customer CMDB’s end-to-end and run scheduled report-outs.
- Provide configuration management support to multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the configuration management field and the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments.
- Must have experience in implementing and using configuration management for multi-environment IT applications.
- The ability to implement and work on various IT Infra & Applications using ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping is a prerequisite.
