FMCG is hiring an MIS Executive to support P&L management for the business unit, set up financial controls to ensure cost optimization and revenue maximization from efforts pertaining to the design, launch, and day-to-day execution of the category, manage brand relationships from a finance standpoint, ensure correct management of P2P (Procure to Pay) metrics, track performance against plan, provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps, publish weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS to business teams, drive process improvement initiatives, and meet high claim settlement ratio, low rejected claims due to non-submission of documents, issuance/renewal on time, and reporting/documentation requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support P&L management for the business unit
  • Set up financial controls to ensure cost optimization and revenue maximization from efforts pertaining to the design, launch and day-to-day execution of the category
  • Manage brand relationships from a finance standpoint
  • Ensure correct management of P2P (Procure to Pay) metrics

Requirements:

  • Must have 0-2 years of experience in Business Finance
  • Qualification: CA Inter, CMA, MBA, Graduate with relevant experience
  • Experience in start-up/E-commerce preferred
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge and ability to navigate large volumes of data
  • Knowledge of financial statements will be an added advantage.
