Duties and Responsibilities
- Finalization of Conceptual design, Architectural layouts & Master planning of different infrastructural projects with the help of consultants/all stakeholders.
- Overall project management of Greenfield & Brownfield projects (Finalize & manage design consultants, PMC, contractor, etc. till completion and successful handing over of the project to end user)
- Technical expertise & knowledge of the Sale & Purchase of land in mass scale / large parcels (preferably industrial use) with related all kinds of due diligence activity.
- Site surveying by private & Government agencies, presentation to senior management, and mapping of actual site condition on auto cad / MS office, etc.
