The Deputy Manager at Maruti Suzuki in Bengaluru will be responsible for tasks such as user experience assessment, user scenario definitions, problem framing, wireframing, prototyping, user boarding, and usability testing.
What are the requirements for this role?
Candidates for this role should be able to continuously evaluate prospect and user needs and industry trends and serve as a conduit to the product team for product development. They should also be willing to travel to end-user sites and pilot/test locations to scout opportunities and develop new tools to make effective prototypes closer to users/use cases. Additionally, they should be able to identify design shortfalls and user needs through user research and come up with design and UX proposals related to functions and features.
What other responsibilities does this job have?
The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for delivering on project requirements and within target timelines, coming up with UI and UX strategies based on target goals, and collaborating with other departments to utilize their domain expertise to ensure successful delivery of user needs and ultimately high levels of user satisfaction.
