Q: What are the job responsibilities for this position?

A: The job responsibilities include supporting 25% of digital unassisted business for key products, developing contextual and relevant communication for identified journeys, maintaining communication quality and consistency across channels/media, working closely with channel owners to ensure error-free and timely deployment of communication, executing interventions to strengthen or create a brand attribute, creating and executing acts to manifest brand purpose for products in the portfolio, and developing content for brand marketing as per calendar for scoped opportunities. Additionally, the job involves making data-driven brand decisions, keeping updated on emerging trends, doing competition mapping and consumer buying journey analysis, creating product positioning, evaluating and testing communication with consumers, executing GTM-integrated 360-degree launches, tracking, analyzing and publishing results, developing communication for customer onboarding, usage, and retention, and supporting the incremental business through persuasive and engaging channel-specific communication.
