JLL’s Energy & Infrastructure Advisory (E&IA) team is seeking outstanding Manager candidates to join their Renewable Energy team in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises, and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved
  • Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with junior team members to prepare financial models and transaction documents as well as client deliverables
  • Proactively support E&IA team directors in pursuing new business development opportunities through the generation of client leads and preparation of pitches
  • Lead the development of in-house financial models and undertake valuation assignments
  • Manage junior team members on assignments
  • Develop thought leadership materials and produce sector insights on the Iberian renewable market
  • Support the growth and development of the E&IA team through a variety of internal tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or infrastructure funds
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • A strong interest in the renewable energy industry
