Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Lead – Zonal Marketing

• Develop and Implement the annual marketing plan for the North & West region while keeping in view the target customer segments [existing and prospects], marketing budget, and overall business plan
• Participate in the design and implementation of marketing programs & campaigns across ATL/BTL & direct channels while keeping in view the demographics, preferences, purchasing behavior, styles, etc. of the target customer segments and leverage analytics/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to drive call-to-action
• Formulate and lead the launch of targeted marketing programs as per the calendar and ensure smooth execution in order to expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion and maximize the revenue per customer
• Monitor customer relations initiatives and provide guidance and course corrections to ensure high effectiveness of the Customer relationship programs and initiatives at dealerships
• To identify and nurture suitable BTL agency partners/vendors to drive the customer engagement strategy & identify BTL events/promotions across targeted markets and touch points in order to deliver the strategic job to be done for each customer segment.
• Overall custodian of the marketing/business funnel for the region – at both product level as well as state level.
• Lead a team of highly effective marketers and work cross-functionally with Global Brand and Business teams
• Monitor all customer satisfaction processes in sales and service, and ensure high performance for the dealership on all customer satisfaction scores

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

• Bachelor’s degree (Full Time) / MBA (Full Time)
• 12+ years of experience in Marketing BTL activation
