Are you an experienced QA Lead with expertise in Kafka, MicroServices, and Tibco? LTIMindtree is seeking a Specialist in Software Engineering to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will lead and grow high-performance technical teams to innovate and execute both short-term and long-term project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow high-performance technical teams
• Identify new business opportunities with new and existing customers
• Experience on Kafka/Tibco/MicroServices real-time testing
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Utilize open source tools or develop custom scripts for automated tests to validate software products involving both back-end processing systems and Web-based GUIs
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and resiliency tests for multiple applications/subsystems
• Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret
• Automation experience for End to End Validation

Requirements:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in real-time and API testing
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries
• Good understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
• Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret
• Testing experience on back-end data processing applications – experience/working knowledge of Linux systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
