The KYC/AML officer should also review the client’s transactions to detect and report either proposed or completed unusual transactions.
- Maintain continuous contact with customers in order to keep customer files updated;
- Process amended client records on our KYC / RP and CDD database;
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents;
- Have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and related parties in order to monitor the client’s activities for unusual transactions;
