Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Senior Procurement Manager
- Align with pre-development team structure and management
- Assemble and deliver advisory solutions that provide; master planning, placemaking, branding, design, energy and sustainability, smart building technologies, development management and asset management outcomes
- Conduct project feasibility, viability evaluation and due diligence reviews
- Create Project implementation strategies
- Liaison with funding partners and financiers
- Briefing and management of planning consultants, solicitors, agents, PR and marketing consultants (if required under scope)
- Co-ordinate project briefing and concept design strategies
