A: Some of the responsibilities of the job include working and coordinating with other teams and vendors to drive incidents to resolution, attending change calls and analyzing impacts, participating in business discussions and helping with the transition to support for new apps and functionalities, spearheading continual service improvements to eliminate and automate tasks and issues, and communicating effectively with clients and producing metrics on the team’s performance.
