A: The duties and responsibilities for this job include leading solution design across multiple scrum teams for the retail execution area throughout the full application life cycle from strategic design through implementation and deployment, ensuring adherence to PepsiCo and Salesforce best practices. The Sr. Manager will also collaborate with and mentor team members through design review, and knowledge sharing, and ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality/time-to-market imperatives. They will also manage and guide the work of third-party resources as well as globally distributed teams, deliver Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and proactively identify and manage risk areas.
