A: The duties and responsibilities include:
- Doing FTE sizing for new/existing business, providing an optimized solution
Coordinating with various stakeholders and providing inputs from a WFM standpoint
- Being an individual contributor
- Identifying utilization optimization opportunities
- Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions to meet them
Maintaining customer relationships
- Providing end-to-end WFM support
- Working on all planners and other analytics key deliverables
- Analyzing reports including process dashboards and initiating appropriate action plans
- Supporting the ops/stakeholders on internal and client calls, ensuring value-added inputs are shared
- Ensuring effective planning of volumes, and resources (capacity planning and staffing), and maintaining a customer-oriented approach and focus on key deliverable areas
- Being available 24/7 as required.
