Q: What is the required level of experience for this job?
A: The applicant should have at least 9 years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant presales/sales experience in F&A digital presales roles. A master’s degree is preferred.
Q: What specific knowledge and skills are required for this job?
A: The applicant should have good overall knowledge of digital levers such as ERP functionality enhancements, process platforms, robotics, AI solutions, and analytics. They should also have in-depth functional knowledge of at least one lever with associated solutions (COTS) and its use cases. The applicant should be able to articulate the business metrics improvement that can be achieved through digitization across all F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC, FPN&A, Tax & Treasury). They should also have the ability to solution design (tool fitment, feasibility, viability, commercials, and value proposition) and deliver customized demos. They should be able to position “digital as a differentiator” for IBPM pursuits and be able to contextualize the digital pitch customized to industry trends and customer priorities. The applicant should have ownership of the F&A digital pipeline (IBPM and standalone digital advisory pursuits) and have the ability to proactively market digital offerings (capability pitches). Strong communication skills and the ability to build and deliver executive-level power-pitches are also required.
