Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to work in a global import-export business? Our Materials and Procurement team is seeking an Import/Export Analyst who will provide trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. As a member of our Trade Compliance team in Penang, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. and regional import and export regulations while reviewing customer accounts against the Restricted Parties List.

Responsibilities:

Review system-generated account holds in the GTM tool under supervision and guidance
Interpret and apply international trade rules and regulations before releasing the holds from the system
Ensure recordkeeping requirements are met
Communicate with internal Dell stakeholders to collect necessary information for account review
Assist in data collection required for reporting and performance measurement

Essential:

Familiarity with trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes
Basic knowledge of import and export requirements (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to handle routine repetitive work

Desirable:

Relevant experience with import-export operations (a plus)
Willingness to work on rotating shifts
Diploma or degree in any related field of studies
