Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Regional Head Sales
- Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices in the branch
- Maintain the productivity of the branch Relationship Managers (RMs) and
- Relationship Officers (ROs)
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Capture customer wallet through 360-Degree banking
- Drive digital customer onboarding through the team
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- Maintain existing relationship
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- Responsible to generate sales through a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs)
- Build relationships with the new customers and ensure retail business through them
- Conduct business transactions
- Conduct sales training for the larger team
- Help RMs & ROs to generate sales leads
- Keep abreast with market trends, needs, and new companies cropping up
- Maintain existing customer relationship
- Supervise key areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation, Cross-Sell
- Product and process knowledge
- Able to motivate a team
- Communication and management skills
