Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monthly Score Card Creations; Business Planning Activities, Control of Sanctioned Numbers, Inter and Intra Department Transfers management.
    To provide clear pictures to management about IT, Finance, and VECO.
  • Identifying the training needs, functional, technical, and behavioral. Motivating & encouraging employees and their Coaches to attend the same. Vendor, training content, and location finalization on the basis of attendees and cost optimization- IT, Finance & VECO. To ensure an employee is upgraded with the latest market trends and is as per the competence expected by the role.
  • Be the HR representative on decisions to be taken wrt to VE Connect, Provide all templates, information, and formats as needed
  • Driving adoption among employees (IT, Finance VECO) on a new system. To ensure the adoption of a new system and ensure the authenticity of data related to IT & Finance.

Q: What language proficiency is needed?

A: Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Q: What Experience is Needed?

A: Experience in Human Resource practices, recruitment, and induction, employee engagement, HR MIS & Reporting, Learning & Development, and HR Automation is preferred.
